Our standard services are available daily during regular working hours, with options for extended, overnight, and 24-hour care upon request.
While we are not an emergency service, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests. For life-threatening situations, we recommend contacting your nearest hospital or emergency number immediately.
Yes. Many clients combine medical support with companion care, and we can design a plan that blends both to best suit your needs.
Payments are accepted via cheque and bank transfer only. We Do Not accept cash. All services are invoiced clearly for full transparency.

We take confidentiality very seriously. All client records are securely stored, and every member of our staff is bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and follows robust data protection and medical privacy protocols.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee, depending on the service booked.
